未来一年更艰难

在远程办公、家庭家居投资及高端商品购买趋势的推动下,法国耐 用消费品市场在 2021 年实现增长强劲。大家电销售额增长 11%, 小家电销售额增长 3%。继 2020 年因封锁而下跌 5% 后,家具销售 额在去年增长了 14%。受全球电子元件短缺的影响,电子消费品在 2021 年仅增长 2%。线上销售额占家用设备销售额的 31%,零售商 会持续实施全渠道销售策略。

对该行业而言,2022 年将更加艰难。原材料价格和运输成本提 高,导致投入价格增加,与此同时,能源、燃料和食品价格上涨, 影响了家庭购买力。选举前的担忧抑制了 2021 年初的家庭开支。 我们预计继去年增长 10% 后,法国的零售额将在 2022 年萎缩约 2%,未来数月,耐用消费品零售商(已然微薄)的利润率可能有 所下跌。许多企业试图将升高的生产和运输成本转嫁给终端客户, 但由于市场竞争激烈,可支配消费支出的空间较小,这一目标可能 难以达成。为保持利润率,产品组合才是关键(例如家电部门的利 润率通常更高)。

由于营运资金要求高,且存在销售高峰期,耐用消费品零售商的外 部融资需求和杠杆率很高。2021 年的平均付款时间为 45 天,拒 付数量很少。由于市场条件有利,加上新冠疫情相关的财政措施 (例如国家担保贷款),破产数量在 2021 年下降约 30%。随着这些措 施逐步取消,我们预计到 2022 年下半年,零售业的延迟付款和破产 情况都将会增加。

不过,我们不认为破产情况会显著恶化,而是会 恢复至 2019 年疫情前的“正常”水平。鉴于收入降低、信用风险上 升,我们对所有耐用消费品主要子行业的承销立场均为中性。
